Financial data:
Before the auction: Cost €400 + VAT.

Upon registration:
2% real estate, 3% transfer tax, 1% legal fees, 1% notary fees (on the final price).

After the procedure:
Eviction costs are determined by the bailiff.

Conditions:
  • Deposit of a deposit (30% of the first bid price) into the notary's non-seizable account 3 business days before the auction.
  • The VAT number of the deposit must be the same as the one that will participate in the auction.
  • Internal inspection of the properties is not allowed.
