Electronic building identity
Electronic building identity (EBI) is the process of creating an electronic file, building or divided horizontal property (Apartment), which includes all the information of the property. Through the Electronic Identity, citizens' property is protected as all changes to the property will be recorded. In this way, transparency is also achieved in legal transactions (transfers). .
- Plans accompanying the building permit
