Description

Unfinished two-story mixed-use building, with a total area of 1,322.49 sq m, within a plot of 650.12 sq m, on the coastal road of Mikrolimano. In detail, it consists of 1) Raised ground floor of 440.83 sq m, 2) First floor of 440.83 sq m and 3) Roof-garden of 440.83 sq m. The Building Permit is from 2007, with an indefinite extension of validity and the reinforced concrete frame has been completed, as well as parts of the masonry in the emergency staircase. Archaeological finds of "Neosoikon Archaeological Site" have been identified on the plot and an easement has been established in favor of the Greek State.
