At the beginning of our business and history as property managers, we searched for property on behalf of our clients and with regret we found that too many ads either had very poor quality photos, or had poor texting, or there was very poor to non-existent communication or even in the buying-selling-renting processes we found the absence of real estate agents in the processes of gathering documents, etc.
This for us was an accumulated experience for the properties that were trusted by their owners, setting from the beginning of our effort some inviolable "rules" that as real estate consultants we now follow faithfully.
From our very first visit to the property, we take quality and with very good resolution photos then follows the 360 degree display of the property, so that the prospective buyer or tenant, through our site can browse the property of his choice and finally record with every detail of the property, the pluses and minuses in order to make a nice, simple and understandable text of the property.
As real estate consultants our work does not stop here, as we do not leave any call unanswered even if a property is no longer on the market we always inform, also as a company we always help the owner and the buyer or the tenant in the procedures that need bureaucratic etc. as we regard it as our obligation for the trust, they show us.
Through these "rules" that we have set for ourselves, we have managed to gain the trust of our clients, many of our colleagues, notaries, lawyers, etc.
