Sometime in 2017 a group of three friends envisioned a goal , to open a short-term real estate management company (BNB) and its name "Welcome Home Property Management". We have all had a journey of years with the constructions with the sales and a lot of love for the property, so we considered it as a natural development. In less than 6 months, many owners entrusted us with their property, and we reached almost 50 properties throughout Greece with various ways of management. Many of our owners and clients were investors from abroad but also Greeks who bought houses, advised us on their renovation and entrusted us with their management. Over time, many of our existing customers and new ones asked us to find apartments suitable for investment so that we can renovate and manage them..
At the beginning of 2020, the three friends became two and we realized that our company had to change because the trust of all these people showed us a different path of action in real estate. Through a joint decision we renamed our company and from "Welcome Home Property Management", "Invst Real Estate" was born as an evolution of our first vision. The name of our new company was not chosen at random as we like to invest in people in technologies but also the people who trust us to invest in us.
Today "Invst Real Estate" is a company that deals exclusively with the purchase and rental of real estate, with the renovation and management of furnished apartments (Serviced Apartments) always with modern methods of sale, purchase and rental of real estate, with affordable prices and smart solutions in renovations and with management that aims at maximum efficiency with a combination of leases either to employees of companies or to students or to digital nomads or to what is required by every era and every flexible company like us.
After these years of our activity, many times in conversations we have with our clients they always tell us that the reason they trust us and recommend us to friends and acquaintances is that they like the fresh way of dealing with their property, how we always find solutions in the problems they face and how always for every property we undertake they feel the love we have for the property.
